Laws & Regulations. The Vendor shall comply with, and upon the request of the Buyer, furnish certificates of compliance with all applicable Federal, Provincial and Municipal laws. The Vendor shall hereby also indemnify the Buyer against any damages by reason of violation of this paragraph.
Laws & Regulations. The Agency will comply with all laws, ordinances, regulations, and building code requirements applicable to the work required by this Agreement. The Agency is presumed to be familiar with all state and local laws, ordinances, code rules and regulations that may in any way affect the work outlined in this Agreement. If the Agency is not familiar with state and local laws, ordinances, code rules and regulations, the Agency remains liable for any violation and all subsequent damages or fines.
Laws & Regulations. The IT Professional shall at all times observe and comply with all Federal laws and regulations and the respective state and local laws, regulations and ordinances of the Purchasing Entity.

If any discrepancy or inconsistency is discovered between the contract and any such law, ordinance, code, rule, regulation, design standard, design criterion, governmental general and development plans, setback limitation, rights- of-way, the contractor shall forthwith report the same in writing to the officer-in-charge. 4.2 COPYRIGHT OR PATENT GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS (8/2000) 5 4.2.1 If the contractor is required or desires to use any design, device, material or process covered by letters of patent or copyright, the right for such use shall be procured by the contractor from the patentee or owner. The contractor shall indemnify and hold harmless the City and its departments, from any and all claims for infringement by reason of the use of any such patented design, device, material or process, or any trademark or copyright in connection with the work to be performed under the contract, and shall indemnify the City and its departments, and all of their officers, employees or agents, for any costs, expenses and damages which it may be obliged to pay by reason of any such infringement at any time during the prosecution or after the completion of the work. 4.2.2 The City shall have an unrestricted, royalty-free, nonexclusive and irrevocable license to reproduce, publish, translate or otherwise use and to authorize others to publish and use all materials obtained or produced in connection with the work hereunder which may be copyrighted by the contractor prior to the completion of the contract. 4.3
Laws & Regulations. Should the federal or state government requirements change, the parties agree to negotiate the impact of the change on mandatory subjects of bargaining.

Laws & Regulations. Tenant must comply with all laws, rules, regulations, and orders of all governmental authorities. Tenant will not violate any fire regulations or other regulations. Tenant will not do anything to increase Landlord's insurance premiums. If Tenant does, then Tenant must pay the increase in cost.

Tenant, at its sole cost and expense, shall with respect to its occupancy and use of the Premises, and otherwise, promptly comply with all applicable laws, statutes, ordinances, permits, and governmental rules, regulations, directions or requirements now or hereafter in effect; with the requirements of any board of fire underwriters or other similar body now or hereafter constituted; with any occupancy certificate, direction or permit issued pursuant to law by any public officer, and with all requirements of any insurance organization or company pertaining to the Premises and necessary for the issuance or maintenance of reasonable insurance coverage as provided for herein.
Laws & Regulations. This Agreement is subject to all applicable existing and future State of Oregon and federal laws. In the event any provision of this Agreement is declared invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction or by ruling of the Employment Relations Board, then only such portion or portions shall become null and void and the balance of the Agreement remain in effect. The Employer and the Union agree to meet, negotiate, and agree upon a substitute for the portion or portions of the Agreement so affected and to bring into conformance therewith not over sixty (60) days after notification unless extended by mutual agreement. If agreement on such matters is not reached within a reasonable period of time, the provisions of this Article prohibiting strikes or other concerted activity by employees shall not apply.
