Common use of Aggregate Data Clause in Contracts

Aggregate Data. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Customer hereby grants JLL a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to Aggregated Data. JLL may monitor Customer’s (and Customer’s authorized users’) use of the Services and use data and information related to such use, in an aggregate and anonymous manner, including to compile statistical and performance information related to the provision and operation of the Services (“Aggregated Data”), which will not be considered Confidential Information. All right, title and interest in the Aggregated Data and all related intellectual property rights, belong thereto and are retained solely by JLL. Customer agrees that JLL may compile Aggregated Data based on data provided by or on behalf of Customer or any information input by Customer’s authorized user of the Services, and Customer agrees that JLL may use Aggregate Data to the extent and in the manner permitted by applicable law or regulation.
