Common use of Aggregate Data Clause in Contracts

Aggregate Data. During and after the term of this agreement, OwnBackup may use non-Customer and non-personally identifiable data within the Service for purposes of enhancing the Service, aggregated statistical analysis, technical support and other business purposes.
