Aggregate Protected Health Information. COUNTY may use Protected Health Information to perform data aggregation services for STATE, and any such aggregated data remains the sole property of STATE. The COUNTY must have the written approval of STATE prior to using Protected Health Information to perform data analysis or aggregation for parties other than STATE.
