Data Availability. The HMIS Lead Agency shall make every effort to have the HMIS available to Participating Agency end-users 98% of the year. The HMIS Lead Agency shall inform end-users as soon as reasonable of any interruption in service. Internet connection, a requirement of HMIS participation, is the sole responsibility of the Participating Agency. The HMIS Vendor shall be required contractually to communicate with the HMIS Lead Agency any necessary downtime for system upgrades and patches. • In the event it is determined that HMIS accessibility is disabled system-wide, the HMIS Lead Agency will work closely with the HMIS Vendor to resolve any issues; • The HMIS Lead Agency shall email, or use other expedient means, to communicate disruptions of the HMIS to the Participating Agency Administrators within two (2) hours of problem awareness and provide an estimated time of system availability. Access to information must be in timely manner, including temporary disruptions of business services or regional catastrophic interruption of services. • The HMIS Lead Agency will grant access to information in relation to the HMIS’ and the referring Participating Agency’s business need via the process outlined in Access Controls; • The HMIS Lead Agency shall develop, test, and implement a Contingency Plan and a Disaster Recovery Plan for operations to address interruption of HMIS services. The HMIS Lead Agency Executive Director (or other empowered officer) will be responsible for the maintenance and disposal of HMIS Lead Agency onsite computer equipment. This includes: • Purchase of, and upgrades to, all computer equipment; • HMIS Lead Agency systems credential issuance for workstations accessing HMIS including: o Unique username/password for operating system; o Enforcement of electronic controls such as auto-time out and password-protected screen saver. All workstations and computer hardware (including Participating Agency network equipment) must be stored in a secure location (locked office area).
Data Availability. 8.4.1. DSSAD data shall be available subject to requirements of national and regional law.3
8.4.2. Once the storage limits of the DSSAD are achieved, existing data shall only be overwritten following a first in first out procedure with the principle of respecting the relevant requirements for data availability. Documented evidence regarding the storage capacity shall be provided by the vehicle manufacturer.
8.4.3. The data shall be retrievable even after an impact of a severity level set by UN Regulations Nos. 94, 95 or 137. If the main on-board vehicle power supply is not available, it shall still be possible to retrieve all data recorded on the DSSAD, as required by national and regional law.
8.4.4. Data stored in the DSSAD shall be easily readable in a standardized way via the use of an electronic communication interface, at least through the standard interface (OBD port).
8.4.5. Instructions from the manufacturer shall be provided on how to access the data.
Data Availability. A. The User acknowledges that the use of DAHP data is limited to environmental review, site protection, scientific research or educational development. Use of this data does not preclude the need for field surveys for cultural resources in areas where such surveys have not been conducted in the recent past, or where previous surveys have not met current professional standards.
B. Neither DAHP nor any of its officials or employees makes any warranty of any kind for the information, express or implied, including but not limited to any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, nor shall the distribution of this information constitute any warranty. The information is collected from various sources and will change over time without notice. DAHP and its officials and employees assume no responsibility or legal liability for the accuracy, completeness, reliability, timeliness, or usefulness of any of the information provided nor do they represent that the use of any of the information will not infringe privately owned rights.

SHARE is designed to provide Users with access to files via SHARE web, desktop, and mobile applications. SHARE’s web application also allows Account administrators to retrieve and restore previous file versions and deleted items, except as described in Sections 8.2 and 8.3 below.
Data Availability. SUPPLIER agrees to provide usage and invoice detail and additional parts and services information data in electronic format. SUPPLIER will provide reporting on a monthly basis.
a. Report all purchases made from any FIRST TRANSIT INC. location per the format in Exhibit 5, to be provided in .csv or .xls format.
b. Report any parts that were superseded, or replaced, deleted for the part changed per the format in Exhibit 5.
c. Parts purchased that were not included on the original contract as listed in Exhibit 1 in the format per Exhibit 1.
d. Reports of any past due invoices to be provided monthly per the format and instructions provided in Exhibit 5.

Seller shall maintain at least a minimum of one hundred twenty (120) days’ historical data for all data required pursuant to Appendix E, Section 1, which shall be available on a minimum time interval of one hour basis or an hourly average basis, except with respect to the meteorological measurements which shall be available on a minimum time interval of ten (10) minute basis. Seller shall provide such data to Buyer within five (5) Business Days of Buyer’s request.
Data Availability. COUNTY, or any entity with legal control of any Protected Information provided by STATE, shall make any and all Protected Information under the Contract and this Attachment available to STATE upon request within a reasonable time as is necessary for STATE to comply with applicable law.

Stat. § 114D.50, subd. 5 requirements for data collected by the Recipient Programs funded with money from the Clean Water Fund that have value for planning and management of natural resources, emergency preparedness and infrastructure investments, including but not limited to the requirement that to the extent practicable, summary data and results of Recipient Programs funded with money from the Clean Water Fund should be readily accessible on the internet and identified as a Clean Water Fund Recipient Program. The Met Council will put overall summary information on the internet and will encourage the Recipient put its city information on the web. Recipient understands and agrees that Met Council may list its name and summary information on the internet or in any other Grantor reporting. Data collected by the Recipient Program, if any, funded with money from the Clean Water Fund that have value for planning and management of natural resources, emergency preparedness, and infrastructure investments must conform to the enterprise information architecture developed by the Department of Information Technology Services. Spatial data must conform to geographic information system guidelines and standards outlined in that architecture and adopted by the Minnesota Geographic Data Clearinghouse at the Minnesota Geospatial Information Office. A description of these data that adheres to the Department of Information Technology Services geographic metadata standards must be submitted to the Minnesota Geospatial Information Office to be made available online through the clearinghouse and the data must be accessible and free to the public unless made private under chapter
