Common use of Agile Contacts Clause in Contracts

The Controller may contact Agile with regard to all aspects of this Data Processing Agreement, at the e-mail/certified electronic e-mail addresses: a) indicated by Agile in the Contract; b) used by Agile during provision of the Processor Services to receive certain notifications from the Controller concerning this Data Processing Agreement.
