Incident Reporting and Client Risk Prevention An incident report shall be created and maintained at the AGENCY for the following: in the event the AGENCY’S staff or subcontractor becomes aware of an occurrence of any incident of injury to a client receiving program services through the COUNTY, requiring medical treatment by a licensed physician; any lawsuit entered into or against the AGENCY, all allegations of any kind of abuse, neglect, or exploitation of the AGENCY’S clients with the exception of those AGENCIES whose primary function is working with those that have been abused, neglected or exploited unless the allegation is against an AGENCY staff member; media coverage relating to the media expressing an interest in a case or issue concerning a client of the AGENCY or an employee on the AGENCY premises, a fire, hostage situation, bomb threat, epidemic or any circumstance which may impact the service provision. All occurrences shall be verbally communicated directly to COUNTY staff no later than 10:00 a.m. the following business day via telephone to the COUNTY. All incident reports shall be made available to the COUNTY upon request and maintained at the AGENCY. These reporting requirements shall in no way supersede the requirements for notification of allegations of abuse/neglect/exploitations to the State of Florida Abuse Hotline, as mandated in Chapter(s) 39 and 415, Florida Statutes.
Outage Authority and Coordination Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner may each, in accordance with NYISO procedures and Good Utility Practice and in coordination with the other Party, remove from service any of its respective Attachment Facilities or System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades that may impact the other Party’s facilities as necessary to perform maintenance or testing or to install or replace equipment. Absent an Emergency State, the Party scheduling a removal of such facility(ies) from service will use Reasonable Efforts to schedule such removal on a date and time mutually acceptable to both the Developer and the Connecting Transmission Owner. In all circumstances either Party planning to remove such facility(ies) from service shall use Reasonable Efforts to minimize the effect on the other Party of such removal.
Automated Teller Machines We do not accept deposits at ATMs that we do not own or operate. Funds from deposits (cash or checks) made at automated teller machines (ATMs) we own or operate will follow the same availability schedule as making a deposit in person to one of our employees, except that same day availability may not apply to the items noted. These deposits may be available the first day after the day of deposit.
Cooperation and Coordination The Parties acknowledge and agree that it is their mutual objective and intent to minimize, to the extent feasible and legal, taxes payable with respect to their collaborative efforts under this Agreement and that they shall use all commercially reasonable efforts to cooperate and coordinate with each other to achieve such objective.
Monitoring and Management Information C10.1 The Contractor shall comply with the monitoring arrangements set out in the Monitoring Schedule including, but not limited to, providing such data and information as the Contractor may be required to produce under the Contract.

Data Input Control It will be possible to retrospectively examine and establish whether and by whom Personal Data have been entered, modified or removed from SAP data processing systems. Measures: • SAP only allows authorized personnel to access Personal Data as required in the course of their duty. • SAP has implemented a logging system for input, modification and deletion, or blocking of Personal Data by SAP or its subprocessors within the Cloud Service to the extent technically possible.
Lead Customer Service Agent Baggage Addressed to Customer Service Agents, Central Baggage Performance Agents and Central Baggage Tracing Agents. Cloud Computing State Risk and Authorization Management Program In accordance with Senate Bill 475, Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., pursuant to Texas Government Code, Section 2054.0593, Contractor acknowledges and agrees that, if providing cloud computing services for System Agency, Contractor must comply with the requirements of the state risk and authorization management program and that System Agency may not enter or renew a contract with Contractor to purchase cloud computing services for the agency that are subject to the state risk and authorization management program unless Contractor demonstrates compliance with program requirements. If providing cloud computing services for System Agency that are subject to the state risk and authorization management program, Contractor certifies it will maintain program compliance and certification throughout the term of the Contract.
