Agreed Services. ActaMed will provide the following services to SBCL and Automated Providers at ActaMed Sites in accordance with the Performance Standards and will take all reasonable and appropriate action to preserve the Network and the goodwill of the Automated Providers utilizing such services:

While MUSEUM expects that all Exhibition design and installation decisions (including any substitutions that may appear necessary) will be made collaboratively by MUSEUM and Guest Curator, the Director shall have final authority over all such decisions.
2.3 MUSEUM will select and retain a vendor to design all related graphic materials, including didactics and publicity and advertising. Guest Curator will meet with the designer as necessary to explain Exhibition concepts and other relevant matters, but the Director shall have final authority over all design decisions.
2.4 MUSEUM will have sole responsibility for engaging and supervising all installation designers, graphic designers, art handlers, installers, fabricators, and any other contractors necessary for producing the Exhibition. All communication by Guest Curator with Exhibition contractors must be coordinated in advance with MUSEUM staff.
2.5 The parties understand and agree that Exhibition design and installation must comply fully with applicable insurance policies and fire code standards, as specified by MUSEUM.
2.6 Upon approval by MUSEUM of the list of recommended objects identified by Guest Curator in the Working Checklist, Guest Curator will investigate object availability, negotiate loan terms in conjunction with MUSEUM, and make the final selection of objects to be included in the Exhibition.
Agreed Services. ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ will host and maintain the school’s website. ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ will ensure that the site is kept up-to-date to reflect the life of the school as well as its formal documentation. ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ will ensure that the site complies with the requirements laid out by the Department for Education, and that it fulfils best practice guidelines for school websites. ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ will ensure that the website reflects and contributes to the reputation and perception of the school in the community. ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ will be available by telephone and email to assist the school’s staff with updating the content of the website. He undertakes to fulfil all requests within 5 working hours (9-5 Monday to Friday).

Agreed Services. The Local Authority has commissioned the British Cycling Recreation and Partnerships Department to work in partnership with them to plan, deliver and promote recreational cycling interventions and opportunities. These are to be delivered in line with the timeframes and associated scheduled work plan agreed with a British Cycling Recreation Manager. There is an expectation that there will be a full and comprehensive engagement by the appropriate Local Authority departments in the planning phase which takes place January to March and delivery phase from April through to September. This will enable British Cycling and the Local Authority to jointly achieve maximum impact when delivery starts. This partnership specifically relates to the British Cycling Recreation and Partnerships Department. If the Local Authority has any major developments that require input from British Cycling and require considerable support, this need to be highlighted by 31st January 2016 so British Cycling can agree the level of support we can provide to deliver the agreed level of output. Any additional work outside this agreement is at our discretion and depends on the nature of request, requirement and capacity. We will provide advice and referral to other British Cycling departments (Facilities, Young People, Cycle Sport) according to partner need.
Agreed Services. 1. Vocalkitchen is an intermediary that brings together creators of Works and customers with the purpose of matching parties to facilitate releases of such Works. Vocalkitchen has in no event influence and/or responsibility and/or liability regarding the commercial value, success or profitability of business opportunities for the parties involved.
2. Vocalkitchen offers a full range of Services as an intermediary, provider, producer and supplier of fully procured Toplines, Demo’s and Drafts for professional uses by professional third parties. You bear full and sole responsibility and liability for any information, the completeness and correctness thereof, provided to Vocalkitchen with respect to the Agreement and on which basis the Services are provided to You. Upon submission of Your Topline and/or Demo to Vocalkitchen and/or signing of a specific Vocalkitchen Contract, the Agreement and all obligations thereunder or with respect thereto are final and binding.
3. Vocalkitchen has the right to engage third parties, also on Your behalf, if the specific project requires specialist services. Vocalkitchen will communicate this to You.
4. Vocalkitchen reserves the right to postpone and/or cancel an official release when the Recording provided by the Vocalist and/or Customer does not meet the current music industry quality standard. In mutual agreement with You, Vocalkitchen may arrange for recording, mixing and/or mastering to improve Your Recording and additional arrangements regarding expenses and/or fees for engineers and studio’s will be made with You. You will approve the final Master within 5 days of receipt. Should you fail to approve within the 5 day period, Vocalkitchen may assume the final Master approved. At all times, You will remain solely and fully responsible and liable towards any third parties for any delay and/or changes in the release schedule and/or other plans pertaining the Master
5. Upon written request, Vocalkitchen can coordinate services of third parties including but not limited to recording, mixing and mastering Works for You. You agree and acknowledge that in no event Vocalkitchen will be responsible and liable for the services rendered or the products offered by third parties.
Agreed Services. The service provider will provide a maintenance and repair service to the schedule of CCTV installations contained in appendix 2 in accordance suppliers/manufacturer’s recommendations, unless otherwise specified. This maintenance will included all fundamental associated costs i.e. travel to site and consumable materials relevant to the service.
