Agreed Services. ActaMed will provide the following services to SBCL and Automated Providers at ActaMed Sites in accordance with the Performance Standards and will take all reasonable and appropriate action to preserve the Network and the goodwill of the Automated Providers utilizing such services:
Agreed Services. Financial
2.1 To collect, bank and account for money payable to the Body Corporate into the Body Corporate Bank Account, and to open, access and operate the Body Corporate Bank Account in accordance with the Act. Additional fees apply in relation to the establishment and maintenance of investment accounts as per Schedule D.
2.2 To issue levy and other fee and contribution notices to Members on behalf of the Body Corporate, and impose and collect interest on outstanding amounts as required. Excluding Disbursement Fees and Services as per Schedule B.
2.3 To maintain financial records of the Body Corporate and prepare draft budgets (excluding sinking fund budget forecasts).
2.4 To prepare the annual statements of accounts of the Body Corporate in accordance with the requirements of the Act.
2.5 To pay Body Corporate accounts and outgoings in accordance with the Act.

1. The cost of the following asset and maintenance services of the Common Property, are provided for by the payment of the charge detailed in Schedule F Item 3.
1.1 Access to after-hours service for emergency maintenance related matters through the Whittles after hours service;
1.2 Maintaining a register for Building Risk and Safety reports to assist with the Body Corporate’s risk mitigation;
1.3 Maintaining a register for Contracts, Leases and Licences over Body Corporate assets and common areas;
1.4 Maintaining a Contractor Registration Service which ensures that only contractors that agree to comply with safe working procedures, and have appropriate ABN, public liability and licences, are engaged. SCHEDULE D - ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Agreed Services. (a) The Trustee appoints Service Company to provide the Agreed Services to the Trustee in respect of the Fund on and from the Commencement Date for the Term.
(b) Service Company accepts the appointment and agrees to provide the Agreed Services to the Trustee in respect of the Fund subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement.
(c) The Trustee appoints Custodian to provide the Custodial Services to the Trustee in respect of the Fund on and from the Commencement Date for the Term.
(d) Custodian accepts the appointment and agrees to provide the Custodial Services to the Fund subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement.
(e) In the event that the Trustee is the last to complete its Migration out of all the Shareholders, the parties will meet to discuss in good faith how the Trustee can be given priority status for the next two implementation change windows post Migration of the Trustee (over and above any Migration warranty changes) on the aaspire Administration Platform so that in the event that a technological system change is required by the Trustee (including product enhancements or new functionality), the Trustee will be included in the two change windows.
Agreed Services. 1. Vocalkitchen is an intermediary that brings together creators of Works and customers with the purpose of matching parties to facilitate releases of such Works. Vocalkitchen has in no event influence and/or responsibility and/or liability regarding the commercial value, success or profitability of business opportunities for the parties involved.
2. Vocalkitchen offers a full range of Services as an intermediary, provider, producer and supplier of fully procured Toplines, Demo’s and Drafts for professional uses by professional third parties. You bear full and sole responsibility and liability for any information, the completeness and correctness thereof, provided to Vocalkitchen with respect to the Agreement and on which basis the Services are provided to You. Upon submission of Your Topline and/or Demo to Vocalkitchen and/or signing of a specific Vocalkitchen Contract, the Agreement and all obligations thereunder or with respect thereto are final and binding.
3. Vocalkitchen has the right to engage third parties, also on Your behalf, if the specific project requires specialist services. Vocalkitchen will communicate this to You.
4. Vocalkitchen reserves the right to postpone and/or cancel an official release when the Recording provided by the Vocalist and/or Customer does not meet the current music industry quality standard. In mutual agreement with You, Vocalkitchen may arrange for recording, mixing and/or mastering to improve Your Recording and additional arrangements regarding expenses and/or fees for engineers and studio’s will be made with You. You will approve the final Master within 5 days of receipt. Should you fail to approve within the 5 day period, Vocalkitchen may assume the final Master approved. At all times, You will remain solely and fully responsible and liable towards any third parties for any delay and/or changes in the release schedule and/or other plans pertaining the Master
5. Upon written request, Vocalkitchen can coordinate services of third parties including but not limited to recording, mixing and mastering Works for You. You agree and acknowledge that in no event Vocalkitchen will be responsible and liable for the services rendered or the products offered by third parties.
Agreed Services. 2.1 Fire and Emergency’s services to the Department of Conservation
2.1.1 Fire and Emergency will deliver to the Department of Conservation the designated services set out in Schedules 2 and 3.

Agreed Services. 3.1 The Company shall carry out the Agreed Services using suitable equipment and technically competent personnel.
3.2 The Company’s responsibility is limited to carrying out the Agreed Services and the supply of Deliverables/Commitments (if any). For the avoidance of doubt, the Company shall not be responsible for supplying any service, product or material not expressly referred to in this Agreement.
3.3 The Client Personnel and the Representatives shall be entitled at reasonable times to monitor the Company's performance of the Agreed Services and the Company shall carry out the same at the reasonable direction of and subject to the monitoring and approval of the Client or the Representatives.
3.4 The Client acknowledges and accepts that it is incumbent upon the Client to ensure that any Pre Production Master and any Deliverables/Commitments meet with its full satisfaction prior to the commercial exploitation of any recording embodied thereon and Company accepts no responsibility or liability in respect thereof.
3.5 If the Client has specifically requested the Company to engage the services of any personnel on the Company's behalf to carry out any specific services in connection with the Booking, the Client will ensure that said person is technically qualified and in all respects suitable to carry out such services. The Client will be responsible for the services carried out by that person and will pay or procure the payment of any costs incurred in relation to such services.

2.1 Guest Curator will work in collaboration with the MUSEUM staff (Associate Curator or Director) to carry out the work described in Guest Curator’s précis (attached and referred to herein as the “précis”). While MUSEUM expects that all Exhibition design and installation decisions (including any substitutions that may appear necessary) will be made collaboratively by MUSEUM and Guest Curator, the Director shall have final authority over all such decisions.
2.3 MUSEUM will select and retain a vendor to design all related graphic materials, including didactics and publicity and advertising. Guest Curator will meet with the designer as necessary to explain Exhibition concepts and other relevant matters, but the Director shall have final authority over all design decisions.
2.4 MUSEUM will have sole responsibility for engaging and supervising all installation designers, graphic designers, art handlers, installers, fabricators, and any other contractors necessary for producing the Exhibition. All communication by Guest Curator with Exhibition contractors must be coordinated in advance with MUSEUM staff.
2.5 The parties understand and agree that Exhibition design and installation must comply fully with applicable insurance policies and fire code standards, as specified by MUSEUM.
2.6 Upon approval by MUSEUM of the list of recommended objects identified by Guest Curator in the Working Checklist, Guest Curator will investigate object availability, negotiate loan terms in conjunction with MUSEUM, and make the final selection of objects to be included in the Exhibition.
