NETWORK SUPPORT. ActaMed shall maintain and support the Network for Lab EDI Services between Automated Providers and an SBCL Lab and shall ensure that the Network meets or exceeds all Network Standards.
NETWORK SUPPORT. Sabre will provide the following support services relating to the communications lines, network devices and related telecommunications infrastructure used by Sabre in the Tulsa Data Center: - Install network device software as Third Party vendors issue new releases; - Install, monitor and maintain network device software for system connectivity; - Maintain network equipment; - Troubleshoot and repair network devices; - Plan installation of network and environmental equipment at the Tulsa Data Center; - Initiate and manage problem resolution with Third Party hardware vendors in order to resolve hardware problems; - Order and schedule installation of network hardware with Third Party vendors; and - Initiate and manage problem resolution with Third Party maintenance providers in order to resolve network device and software problems.

NETWORK SUPPORT. 2.1.1) Zetabyte IT Support will provide an engineer to spend 1 Hours per Week. (Mon-Fri) on-site at (The days will be chosen at the customers disscression) If a IT related problem occurs on a day that the engineer is not on-site we will garuantee a 240 min response time. 2.1.2) The service hours are non-cumulative and "expire" if not used within the agreement month. 2.1.3) Preferential Rates apply after the basic agreement hours have been exhausted. The Preferential Hourly Rate is applicable to normal working hours only, viz. 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. - Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays.
NETWORK SUPPORTIn view of achieving the objectives set out in paragraph 1 the EUIPO shall offer support to IPOs in the form of deployed network support or direct financial support under the Cooperation Agreement. The EUIPO is ready to deploy, upon request by a written letter of each interested IPO, one full-time consultant from the EUIPO´s providers up to a maximum of 220 working days per year on-site at the IPO. The consultant shall be responsible for assisting the IPO in the implementation of the EIPIC initiative defined in paragraph 1. The consultant provided by the EUIPO shall act under the authority and supervision of the EUIPO. Upon request from the interested IPO and for the implementation of the EIPIC initiative, the IPO may propose to use its internal resources instead of EUIPO´s contractors with the appropriate justification. In this regard the IPO may select to use its internal resources and obtain from the EUIPO the refund of the costs that are equivalent to a maximum of 220 working days per year for a single resource. The Parties agree that the refund will be made based on the daily rate that is applicable to the resource of the EUIPO performing similar tasks. The EUIPO shall adopt the amount of the payment on the basis of and subject to the provisions referred to in Article 27. The IPO shall decide the starting date for the provision of the selected service. The maximum total working days covered by this agreement for the implementation of the EIPIC initiative shall be 220 days per year with payment for one single person. The main role of the Network Support, independent on which form has been chosen, should be to support IP Offices in the implementation of the cooperation tasks that correspond to them in the establishment of the EIPIC as per paragraph 1, with the embedded general goal to improve IP awareness and use of IPRs among SMEs. The role and responsibilities of this profile depend on the needs of each IPO and that will be communicated by the IPO to the EUIPO. However, the following list of tasks is an indication of the expected line of action: implementation of EIPIC operational activities along the three subject lines of the EIPIC initiative under ECP6 (Network of networks, IP promotion and Services provision); support the IPO in the development of their SME network (connecting with its players and engaging them in activities and projects with the IPO); cooperate with the other Network Support resources and the EUIPO teams in charge of developing E...

NETWORK SUPPORTContractor shall provide three (3) categories of network support. 1. Remote Sites – MLEDS members connected to the MIDAS network. a. Maintain remote site routers including software upgrades and configuration backup. b. Maintain a stock of spare equipment in order to resolve issues relating to hardware failure in a timely manner. c. Monitor network connectivity from MIDAS supplied Customer Premise Equipment to the network core. d. Plan, coordinate, and implement system upgrades when necessary.
NETWORK SUPPORT. Network agrees to maintain such support staff, toll-free telephone lines and other operations reasonably necessary to fulfill Network's obligations under this Agreement.
NETWORK SUPPORT. Interep shall at all material times use its best efforts to increase the number of web sites participating in the Network. Interep Interactive shall be remunerated for sites or properties that join the Network as a result of Interep Interactive's sole initiating efforts in the amount of one quarter of one cent, US currency for each monthly unique user in traffic delivered to the DAI Rich Media Network. The level of monthly unique users and therefore the compensation will be solely measured by Americom USA's True Management ad serving and reporting technology. In this capacity, Interep Interactive will act as a "Network reseller" and be compensated as indicated above as long as sites Interep has acquired on Americom USA's behalf remain in the network.
