AGREEMENT AND DURATION. 13.01 When this Agreement has been executed by the International Union and Bargaining Agents as mentioned in Section 2.01 (A) and ratified by the Local, it shall constitute the entire agreement between the Company and the International Union and the Bargaining Agents, save and except any existing separate agreements between the Company and the Union or said Local or either of them covering welfare and pension benefit plans.
