AGREEMENT AND DURATION. 2.1 NHSBT shall perform and the Purchaser shall pay for the Services in accordance with the terms set out in these Terms and Conditions. 2.2 These Terms and Conditions will commence on the Effective Date and shall continue until: 2.2.1 completion of the Services in accordance with the Milestone Dates set out in Schedule 1; and 2.2.2 payment by the Purchaser for all Services provided by NHSBT, unless terminated earlier in accordance with Clause 11, Clause Error!
