AGREEMENT AND PURPOSE. ‌ THE PARTIES to this Agreement are the CITY OF CORVALLIS, hereinafter referred to as the CITY, and the AMERICAN FEDERATION OF STATE, COUNTY, AND MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES LOCAL 2975, COUNCIL 75, hereinafter referred to as the UNION. It is the intent and purpose of this Agreement to provide sound and mutually beneficial working relationships between the parties; to provide an orderly and peaceful means of resolving any misunderstandings or differences which may arise; and to set forth herein the basic and full Agreement between the parties concerning rates of pay, wages, hours, and other conditions of employment.
