Common use of Agreement as Chattel Paper Clause in Contracts

Agreement as Chattel Paper. To the extent that this Lease Supplement constitutes chattel paper (as such term is defined in the UCC as in effect in any applicable jurisdiction), no security interest in this Lease Supplement may be created through the transfer or possession of any counterpart other than the original chattel-paper counterpart, which shall be the counterpart containing the receipt executed by the Indenture Trustee on its signature page.
