AGREEMENT CONDITIONS AND DURATION. Section 1. This Agreement, when ratified and executed by each party hereto, shall constitute the sole agreement between them. Any modification or amendment of this Agreement must be made by and between the parties hereto in writing and executed by each party hereto. Section 2. If any provision of this Agreement is or shall be at any time contrary to law, such provision shall be inoperative. All other provisions shall remain in effect. Section 3. This agreement shall take effect upon ratification, and shall remain in effect through June 30, 2024. However, the terms and conditions of the current Agreement will remain in force until the ratification of a successor agreement.
