AGREEMENT CONDITIONS AND DURATION. Section 30.1. This Agreement, when ratified and executed by each party hereto, shall constitute the sole agreement between them. Any modification or amendment of this Agreement must be made by and between the parties hereto in writing and executed by each party hereto. Section 30.2. If any provision of this Agreement is or shall be at any time contrary to law, such provision shall be inoperative. All other provisions shall remain in effect. Section 30.3. This agreement shall take effect July 1, 2017 and shall remain in effect through June 30, 2020. Section 30.4. For years 2018-2019 and 2019-2020, there will be reopener negotiations on Article 7, Compensation, Article 10, Health and Welfare Benefits, and one article each. Negotiations will commence in March of 2018 and 2019 respectively, following the sunshining of initial proposals. APPENDIX B: SALARY PLACEMENT & FACULTY PROFESSIONAL ADVANCEMENT
