AGREEMENT CONTAINS ALL UNDERSTANDINGS; AMENDMENT. This document represents the entire and integrated agreement between CUSTOMER and VENDOR and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, and agreements, either written or oral. This document may be amended only by written instrument, signed by duly authorized representatives of both CUSTOMER and VENDOR. The documents constituting the Agreement between both Parties are intended to be complementary so that what is required by any one of them shall be as binding as if called for by all of them.
