Project Sponsor. The primary organization responsible for carrying out the proposed project activities. A project sponsor does not submit an HUD 424, unless it is also the applicant. HUD 424. The information sheet required to be submitted by applicants requesting Federal Assistance.
Project Sponsor. 1. Pursuant to the FRA authorization granted under 36 C.F.R. § 800.2(c)(4), the Project Sponsor, in consultation with FRA, will conduct investigations and produce analyses, documentation and recommendations in a timely manner to address historic properties pursuant to the terms of the MOA.
2. The Project Sponsor is responsible for continued compliance with all commitments outlined in this MOA and will comply, either directly or through consultants, with applicable conditions of the MOA until such time as the terms of this MOA are complete or this MOA is terminated or expires.
3. The Project Sponsor is responsible for the funding and completion of measures to resolve adverse effects pursuant to this MOA. The Project Sponsor will consider these measures to be successfully completed upon review, concurrence and/or acceptance in writing by the SHPO and FRA.
Project Sponsor. CentralSquare Project Sponsor will have indirect involvement with the project and is part of the escalation process. The sponsor will offer additional support to the CentralSquare project team and collaborate with other third-party consultants who are involved on this project. Specifically, the Project Sponsor will: • Provide support to Project Managers in reporting project progress to ST. • Approve and sign-off on any material changes to project scope or staffing changes. •

The Project Sponsors provides support to the project by allocating resources, providing strategic direction, communicating key issues about the project and the project’s overall importance to the organization; and when called upon acting as the final authorities on all project decisions. Project sponsors will be involved in the project as needed to provide necessary support, oversight, and guidance, but will not participate in day-to-day activities. Project Sponsor. The term ‘‘project sponsor’’ means any major user of the national airspace system, as determined by the Sec- retary, including a public-use airport or a joint venture between a public-use airport and one or more air carriers.

Project Sponsor. 1. USRC is the Project Sponsor and shall be responsible for implementing the Project in accordance with this PA through final design and construction, including implementation of the stipulations in this PA as specified herein.
2. Pursuant to 36 CFR § 800.2(c)(4), upon execution of this PA, FRA authorizes the Project Sponsor to conduct investigations and produce analyses, documentation, and recommendations in a timely manner to address effects on historic properties and the effects of the Project on them pursuant to the terms of the PA.
3. The Project Sponsor is responsible for continued compliance with all commitments outlined in this PA and shall comply with applicable conditions of the PA until such time as the terms of this PA are complete or this PA is terminated or expires. The Project Sponsor may engage consultants to assist in carrying out the PA commitments, but the Project Sponsor ultimately remains responsible for compliance.
4. The Project Sponsor is responsible for implementing and completing measures to resolve adverse effects pursuant to this PA. The Project Sponsor shall consider these measures to be successfully completed upon the completion of procedures described in Stipulation XVI.
5. The Project Sponsor is responsible for obtaining ARPA permits for any archaeological investigations and for complying with the Native American Xxxxxx Protection and Repatriation Act of 1990 (NAGPRA) on Federally owned or administered lands.
