Project Sponsor. 1. Pursuant to the FRA authorization granted under 36 C.F.R. § 800.2(c)(4), the Project Sponsor, in coordination with FRA, will conduct investigations and produce analyses, documentation and recommendations in a timely manner to address historic properties pursuant to the terms of the MOA. 2. The Project Sponsor is responsible for continued compliance with all commitments outlined in this MOA and will comply with applicable conditions of the MOA until such time as the terms of this MOA are complete or this MOA is terminated or expires. The Project Sponsor is responsible for the funding and completion of measures to resolve adverse effects pursuant to this MOA. The Project Sponsor is responsible for obtaining ARPA permits for any archaeological investigations and for complying with the Native American Xxxxxx Protection and Repatriation Act of 1990 (NAGPRA) on Federally owned or administered lands.
