Agreement Distribution. a) The Board shall provide each new employee with a copy of the current collective agreement at the time of documentation or with the first employee information and payroll change form. Each employee shall receive a copy of the Agreement within forty-five (45) days of the signing of this Agreement by the Board and the Union.
