Agreement Entire Relationship. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties hereto and the parties acknowledge and agree that there are no covenants, representations, warranties, agreements or conditions expressed or implied, collateral or otherwise forming part of or in any way affecting or relating to this Agreement save as expressly set out in this Agreement.

Specifically, the parties acknowledge and agree that this Agreement replaces and supersedes any agreement relating to the Project between Larssen Ltd., a sister company of the Consultant, and the Owner, including, but not limited to, the Proposal 5317-17 dated September 11, 2017
Agreement Entire Relationship. This Agreement, together with the MOU constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and the Parties acknowledge and agree that there are no covenants, representations, warranties, agreements or conditions expressed or implied, collateral or otherwise forming part of or in any way affecting or relating to the matters set out herein save as expressly set out in this Agreement and the MOU. In the event of any inconsistency between this Agreement and the MOU, the provisions of the MOU shall control.

The Municipalities acknowledge that there are no covenants, representations, warranties, agreements or conditions expressed or implied, collateral or otherwise forming part of or in any way affecting or relating to this Agreement save as expressly set out in this Agreement and that this Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between the Municipalities.
