Termination for Convenience by Licensee. 15.1 The Licensee may terminate this Agreement at any time for convenience by providing at least 15 days’ written notice to Northlands. In the event of termination for convenience by the Licensee:
(a) If the effective date of termination specified in the notice falls more than 90 days prior to the Event, Northlands shall be entitled to the Costs and the Deposit, and shall refund to the Licensee the balance of the Rent paid by the Licensee, if any; or
(c) If the effective date of termination specified in the notice falls 90 days or less prior to the Event, Northlands shall be entitled to the Costs and the Rent; and the Licensee shall have no further claims against Northlands. For clarity, in no event shall the effective date of termination be during the Event.
Termination for Convenience by Licensee. Licensee may terminate this Agreement for convenience at any time upon one hundred eighty (180) days prior written notice to Citius.

(a) If the effective date of termination specified in the notice falls more than 90 days prior to the Event, Explore Edmonton shall be entitled to the Costs and the Deposit, and shall refund to the Licensee the balance of the Rent paid by the Licensee, if any; or
(c) If the effective date of termination specified in the notice falls 90 days or less prior to the Event, Explore Edmonton shall be entitled to the Costs and the Rent; and the Licensee shall have no further claims against Explore Edmonton. For clarity, in no event shall the effective date of termination be during the Event.
Termination for Convenience by Licensee. Licensee may terminate this Agreement for any or no reason by providing ETLLC not less than sixty (60) days prior written notice setting forth the termination date for this Agreement.
Termination for Convenience by Licensee. Licensee may terminate this Addendum or any Task Order at any time on thirty (30) days' written notice to Esri and upon payment to Esri of all amounts due to date pursuant to this Addendum, including reasonable termination expenses and the pro rata contract price for the Task Orders affected.
Termination for Convenience by Licensee. Licensee may terminate for its convenience, this Agreement and/or Licensee’s use of Licensed Products at any time permitted by Amazon Web Services Marketplace in which event Licensee will NOT be entitled to a refund or credit of unused fees (if any) pre-paid by Licensee for access to Licensed Products.
Termination for Convenience by Licensee. Licensee may, at any time, terminate this Agreement in whole, or in relation to any item of Licensed Technology or Improvement of Licensor, with or without cause, by giving ninety (90) days written notice of termination to Licensor.
Termination for Convenience by Licensee. Licensee shall have the right to terminate this Agreement in its entirety without any cause at any time by giving at least sixty (60) days advance written notice to MedImmune of such termination; provided that, Licensee shall remain obligated to meet its obligations hereunder and under Applicable Law, including with respect to conducting or funding any Development and Commercialization activities, during such sixty (60) period, or such longer period as may be required under Applicable Law.
Termination for Convenience by Licensee. LICENSEE may terminate this Agreement or any License granted hereunder at any time by destroying all copies (including permanent deletion of all electronic copies) of the Program, Media and Documentation that were the subject of such terminated License, and by certifying such destruction in a writing by an authorized representative of LICENSEE, which is promptly delivered to MEDILIMS in accordance with Section 15.7.
Termination for Convenience by Licensee. Upon at sixty (60) days’ prior written notice to OSI, Licensee may terminate this Agreement in its entirety without cause.
