Common use of Agreement for Management Services Clause in Contracts

Agreement for Management Services. City hereby appoints and retains Contractor, and Contractor hereby accepts such appointment and retention for Management Services of the Sports Dome during the Term, with full power and authority to carry out all of the duties and responsibilities specified herein, upon the terms and subject to conditions hereinafter set forth.
