AGREEMENT MAINTENANCE. This Implementation Agreement is expected to evolve during the life of LCLA and LCCRDA. Maintenance of the Implementation Agreement unless otherwise specified is the responsibility of the BLM Nevada State Office. The working group will develop recommendations for revisions to the Implementation Agreement based on lessons learned and feedback received from participating entities and forward those recommendations to the Executive Committee for consideration and approval of any revisions to this Implementation Agreement. AGREEMENT MAINTENANCE. An appropriate agent of Xxxxxx College will call meetings of all involved representatives as needed to review the articulation process. AGREEMENT MAINTENANCE. This Implementation Agreement is expected to evolve during the life of the Acts. Maintenance of the Implementation Agreement is the responsibility of the Partners Working Group. The Land Sales & Acquisitions Division will prepare draft revisions based on processes put into place with the Executive Committee since the previous version was approved, LSA Division recommendations, Executive Committee decisions regarding changes in policy, comments and suggestions from Federal managers and SNPLMA Subgroup members, and Working Group recommendations. The LSA Division will distribute the draft revisions for review and comment by the subgroups and others involved in implementation of the Acts. A final draft approved by the Working Group will be submitted to the Executive Committee. All proposed changes must be approved by the Executive Committee before they take effect.
