AGREEMENT MAINTENANCE. This Implementation Agreement is expected to evolve during the life of LCLA and LCCRDA. Maintenance of the Implementation Agreement unless otherwise specified is the responsibility of the BLM Nevada State Office. The working group will develop recommendations for revisions to the Implementation Agreement based on lessons learned and feedback received from participating entities and forward those recommendations to the Executive Committee for consideration and approval of any revisions to this Implementation Agreement. Upon signature by the Executive Committee, the revised Implementation Agreement becomes effective.

AGREEMENT MAINTENANCE. An appropriate agent of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ College will call meetings of all involved representatives as needed to review the articulation process. The agreement will be reviewed periodically to facilitate changes in curriculum and/or scheduling. The term of this agreement shall automatically renew for periods of one fiscal year unless either party hereto shall notify the other party in writing sixty days prior to cancellation. At the time of cancellation notification, all Octorara Area High School graduates and current students will be granted the opportunity to articulate courses for credit as outlined in this agreement.

AGREEMENT MAINTENANCE. This Implementation Agreement is expected to evolve during the life of the Acts. Maintenance of the Implementation Agreement is the responsibility of the Partners Working Group. The Land Sales & Acquisitions Division will prepare draft revisions based on processes put into place with the Executive Committee since the previous version was approved, LSA Division recommendations, Executive Committee decisions regarding changes in policy, comments and suggestions from Federal managers and SNPLMA Subgroup members, and Working Group recommendations. The LSA Division will distribute the draft revisions for review and comment by the subgroups and others involved in implementation of the Acts. A final draft approved by the Working Group will be submitted to the Executive Committee. All proposed changes must be approved by the Executive Committee before they take effect. AGREEMENT MAINTENANCE. This Quality Agreement shall come into force upon the signature of the contractual parties. Quality Agreement of DSM Biomedical and Cardiva Medical, Inc Amendments and additions to this Quality Agreement and its appendices shall only be carried out on mutual consent and shall only be valid upon approval by the parties. This Quality Agreement can be reviewed and updated upon request by either party. Otherwise review of this agreement will be part of the Cardiva GMP audit preparation and execution.

  • Equipment Maintenance If this Contract involves computer or telecommunications hardware or other mechanical or electrical Equipment (use of the word "Equipment" means all the foregoing) as a Deliverable, then, during the warranty period and during any period covered by annual maintenance, the Contractor will provide Equipment maintenance to keep the Equipment in or restore the Equipment to good working order. This maintenance will include preventative and remedial maintenance, installation of safety changes, and installation of engineering changes based upon the specific needs of the individual item of Equipment. This maintenance will also include the repair, replacement, or exchange deemed necessary to keep the Equipment in good working order. For purposes of this Contract, Equipment restored to good working condition means Equipment that performs in accordance with the manufacturer's published specifications. The Contractor will exert its best efforts to perform all fault isolation and problem determination attributed to the Equipment covered under this Contract. The following services are outside the scope of this Contract: 1. Maintenance to bring the Equipment into compliance with any law, rule, or regulation if such law, rule, or regulation was not in effect on the acceptance date. 2. Repair and replacement work or increase in maintenance time as a result of damage or loss resulting from accident, casualty, neglect, misuse, or abuse if such is the State's fault (and beyond normal wear and tear), damage resulting from improper packing or failure to follow prescribed shipping instruction (If such is done by the State), failure of electrical power, air conditioning or humidity control, use of supplies not approved by the original manufacturer of the Equipment as describe or included in the Contractor's proposal, or causes other than ordinary use of Equipment. 3. Furnishing platens, supplies, or accessories, making specification changes, or adding, or removing approved accessories, attachments or other devices except as set forth herein. 4. Maintenance or increase in maintenance time resulting from any improper use, maintenance, or connection to other equipment (not done by the Contractor) that results in damage to the Equipment. 5. Activities required restoring the Equipment to good operating condition if the problem has resulted from someone other than Contractor's authorized service personnel repairing, modifying or performing any maintenance service on the Equipment.

  • Project Maintenance The Local Government shall be responsible for maintenance of locally owned roads and locally owned facilities after completion of the work. The State shall be responsible for maintenance of the State highway system after completion of the work if the work was on the State highway system, unless otherwise provided for in existing maintenance agreements with the Local Government.

  • Patent Maintenance All annuity and maintenance fees that are necessary in order to keep the Patents in force as of the Effective Date have been paid by Seller, and no payment of annuities or fees, or papers to be filed in patent offices, are required to be made within the three-month period after the Effective Date.

  • Property Maintenance Maintain all of its property that is necessary to or useful in the proper conduct of its business in good working condition, ordinary wear and tear excepted.

  • Operation and Maintenance 17.1 O&M obligations of the Concessionaire 17.1.1 During the Operation Period, the Concessionaire shall operate and maintain the Bus Terminal in accordance with this Agreement either by itself, or through the O&M Contractor and if required, modify, repair or otherwise make improvements to the Bus Terminal to comply with the provisions of this Agreement, Applicable Laws and Applicable Permits, and conform to Specifications and Standards and Good Industry Practice. The obligations of the Concessionaire hereunder shall include: (a) permitting safe, smooth and uninterrupted flow of traffic on the Bus Terminal during normal operating conditions. Buses of other state road transport corporations shall be parked inside the Bus Terminal for which no charges shall be payable to the Concessionaire and if any charges are applicable for such parking then it shall be realized by Authority only; (b) minimising incidents affecting the safety and use of the Bus Terminal by providing a rapid and effective response and maintaining liaison with emergency services of the State; (c) carrying out periodic preventive maintenance of the Bus Terminal; (d) undertaking routine maintenance including prompt repairs of ticket counters, Workshops, Authority's Office and other infrastructure as mentioned in the Operation and Maintenance Schedule; (e) undertaking major maintenance such as per the Maintenance Schedule of the major infrastructure in the Bus Terminal; (f) preventing, with the assistance of the concerned law enforcement agencies, any encroachments on the Bus Terminal; (g) protection of the environment and provision of equipment and materials therefor; (h) operation and maintenance of all communication, control and administrative systems necessary for the efficient operation of the Bus Terminal; (i) maintaining a public relations unit to interface with and attend to suggestions from the Users, passengers, government agencies, media and other agencies; (j) complying with Safety Requirements in accordance with Article 18; (k) operation and maintenance of all Project Assets diligently and efficiently and in accordance with Good Industry Practice; (l) maintaining punctuality and reliability in operating the Bus Terminal; and (m) maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the Bus Terminal. 17.1.2 The Concessionaire shall remove promptly from the Bus Terminal all surplus construction machinery and materials, waste materials (including hazardous materials and waste water), rubbish and other debris (including, without limitation, accident debris) and keep the Bus Terminal in a clean, tidy and orderly condition,
