AGREEMENT MONITORING AND GENERAL MANAGER. 17.1. The City shall monitor the Operator’s compliance with the term of this Agreement through the Contract Administrator. The Operator also agrees to name a specific individual to monitor the Agreement. 17.2. The City’s Contract Administrator shall be the City Manager or his/her designee and shall have such authority as set forth in this Agreement. Any and all references in this Agreement requiring City participation shall mean the Contract Administrator. The City’s Contract Administrator: 17.2.1 Shall be the liaison between the Operator and the City on all matters relating to this Agreement. 17.2.2 Shall be responsible for ensuring that any information supplied by the Operator is properly distributed to the appropriate City Departments. 17.2.3 Shall be responsible for the monitoring and assessment of the quality of services provided by the Operator and contract compliance by the Operator.
