Agreement Not Binding. Nothing contained in this Agreement will create any obligation on the part of Seller under this Agreement unless and until the Deposit has been deposited with Escrow Agent and Seller has executed and delivered to Purchaser a counterpart copy of this Agreement.
Agreement Not Binding. 4.1 Except for clause 10 (Confidentiality), this MoU is being signed by the Parties to evidence in principle non-binding intentions. The Parties acknowledge that no legally binding obligations are intended to arise between them as a result of the signing of this document. Binding obligations are only intended to arise upon signing by the Parties of a formal written agreement in accordance with Clause 7.
