Agreement Not to Recruit the Company’s Employees. Executive agrees that, both during employment and for a period of two (2) years following separation from employment for any reason (the “Non-Solicit Period”), Executive will not directly or indirectly (on his own behalf or on behalf of any other person or entity) recruit, solicit or otherwise induce any Company employee or consultant to enter into an employment or a consulting relationship with any other business entity that competes with the Company.
