COMMERCIAL REUSE OF SERVICES The member or user herein agrees not to replicate, duplicate, copy, trade, sell, resell nor exploit for any commercial reason any part, use of, or access to 's sites.
Extension of Restriction Period The Restriction Period shall be tolled for any period during which the Executive is in breach of any of Sections 4.2, 4.3 or 4.4 hereof.
Shareholder Account Maintenance (a) Maintain all shareholder records for each account in the Company. (b) Issue customer statements on scheduled cycle, providing duplicate second and third party copies if required. (c) Record shareholder account information changes. (d) Maintain account documentation files for each shareholder.
Notification of Restrictions Notify the Business Associate of any restriction to the use or disclosure of PHI that County has agreed to in accordance with 45 CFR §164.522, to the extent that such restriction may affect the Business Associate’s use or disclosure of PHI.
Termination of Restrictions Except as set forth in Section 9.3 hereof, the restrictions imposed by this Section 9 upon the transferability of Restricted Securities shall cease and terminate as to any particular Restricted Securities: (a) which shall have been effectively registered under the Securities Act, or (b) when, in the opinions of both counsel for the holder thereof and counsel for the Company, such restrictions are no longer required in order to insure compliance with the Securities Act or Section 10 hereof. Whenever such restrictions shall cease and terminate as to any Restricted Securities, the Holder thereof shall be entitled to receive from the Company, without expense (other than applicable transfer taxes, if any), new securities of like tenor not bearing the applicable legends required by Section 9.1 hereof.
The Service Provider upon receipt of a notice contemplated under clause 19.1 shall discontinue the supply of all services or goods under this Agreement, to the extent specified, and on the date specified in the notice.
Billing for Treatment and Payment Restrictions Grantees will; a. bill for only one intensity of service and service type (either outpatient or residential) per client per day b. not bill for an intensity of service and service type if another System Agency-funded Treatment Grantee is providing and billing System Agency for another intensity of service and service type. Third Party Service Providers Unless otherwise prohibited by Apple in the Documentation or this Agreement, You are permitted to employ or retain a third party (“Service Provider”) to assist You in using the Apple Software and Services provided pursuant to this Agreement, including, but not limited to, engaging any such Service Provider to maintain and administer Your Applications’ servers on Your behalf, provided that any such Service Provider’s use of the Apple Software and Services or any materials associated therewith is done solely on Your behalf and only in accordance with these terms. Notwithstanding the foregoing, You may not use a Service Provider to submit an Application to the App Store or use TestFlight on Your behalf. You agree to have a binding written agreement with Your Service Provider with terms at least as restrictive and protective of Apple as those set forth herein. Any actions undertaken by any such Service Provider in relation to Your Applications or use of the Apple Software or Apple Services and/or arising out of this Agreement shall be deemed to have been taken by You, and You (in addition to the Service Provider) shall be responsible to Apple for all such actions (or any inactions). In the event of any actions or inactions by the Service Provider that would constitute a violation of this Agreement or otherwise cause any harm, Apple reserves the right to require You to cease using such Service Provider.
Termination of Management Agreement Evidence of the termination of any and all management agreements affecting the Property, effective as of the Closing Date, and duly executed by Seller and the property manager.
