Agreement Separability. 1. If any provision of the Agreement is declared invalid, or the applicability thereof to any person, circumstance, or thing is held invalid, then that portion which is invalid will be corrected with the approval of both parties, to comply with Federal law, and the remainder of the Agreement to remain as is.
