AGREEMENT SURVIVES COMPLETION. This agreement (other than obligations that have already been fully performed) remains in full force after Completion.
AGREEMENT SURVIVES COMPLETION. The Warranties and all other provisions of this Agreement, in so far as the same shall not have been performed at Completion, shall remain in full force and effect notwithstanding Completion.
