Vendor Warranties definition

Vendor Warranties the representations, warranties and undertakings made by the Vendor and contained in Clause 6 and Schedule 2;
Vendor Warranties means the representations and warranties set out in Part A of Schedule 3;
Vendor Warranties means the representations, warranties and undertakings given by the Vendor in Clause 6.1.

More Definitions of Vendor Warranties

Vendor Warranties means the representations and warranties given or made by the Vendors in Part I of Schedule C.
