Vendor Warranties definition

Vendor Warranties the representations, warranties and undertakings made by the Vendor and contained in Clause 6 and Schedule 2;
Vendor Warranties means the representations and warranties given or made by the Vendors in Part I of Schedule C.
Vendor Warranties has, in respect of each Aircraft, the meaning given to it in Clause 2.1 of Appendix E (Warranties).

  • It is unlikely that any notification will be received in relation to environmental matters and it is not anticipated that a claim will be brought in relation to an alleged breach of the Vendor Warranties.

  • The Seller hereby guarantees to the Buyer the performance by the Manufacturer of the Manufacturer's obligations and assigns to the Buyer, and the Buyer hereby accepts, all of the rights and obligations of the Seller in the Seller's capacity as "Buyer" as aforesaid under the said Standard Warranty, Service Life Policy, Vendor Warranties and Interface Commitment and the Seller subrogates the Buyer into all such rights and obligations in respect of the Aircraft.

  • The Seller shall provide to Buyer any and all Seller and Vendor Warranties with a minimum of 500 hours engine operating time on items to be delivered under the Contract or any order hereunder.

  • Buyer shall address any claim arising under the Vendor Warranties directly to the appropriate Vendor, and keep Seller informed of the process of its claim.


More Definitions of Vendor Warranties

Vendor Warranties means the warranties set out in Clause 11 and Schedule 5;
Vendor Warranties means the representations, warranties and undertakings given by the Vendor in Clause 6.1.
