Agreement to Apply to All Phases. Where the Lands are to be developed in Phases, each clause of this Subdivision Agreement shall apply mutatis mutandis to each phase. For greater certainty, the parties agree that the intent is that although this Agreement only pertains to the Phase as more particularly set out in Schedule K hereto, the terms of this Agreement shall form the basis for other phases of this particular subdivision, with changes, including changes to the Schedules, as are necessary and appropriate for the applicable phase to be developed.

  • HOW TO APPLY THE POSITION DESCRIPTION (PD) Please read the PD - this is an outline of the nature and expected outcomes of the job. A teacher must complete a Comprehensive evaluation once every six (6) years. Subsequent years they will be evaluated on a Focused evaluation, unless they have received a Basic or Unsatisfactory rating on their final comprehensive summative evaluation. Then they shall continue using the Comprehensive evaluation for the following year. All teachers during their provisional status must be on the Comprehensive evaluation.

  • Texas Law to Apply 12.01 This Agreement shall be construed and the provisions thereof interpreted under and in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.

  • INCOME NOT EXPRESSLY MENTIONED Items of income of a resident of a Contracting State which are not expressly mentioned in the foregoing Articles of this Agreement shall be taxable only in that Contracting State except that if such income is derived from sources in the other Contracting State, it may also be taxed in that other State.

  • Singular Includes the Plural; Gender; Title Reference Whenever the singular number is used in this Contract and when required by the context, the same shall include the plural, and the use of any gender, be it masculine, feminine or neuter, shall include all of the genders, and the word “person” or “entity” shall include corporation, firm, partnership, or any other combination or association. The use of the title “Bidder”, “Vendor”, “Contractor” or “Consultant” within this contract or associated bid documents shall be deemed interchangeable and shall refer to the person or entity with whom the City of Sparks is contracting for the service or product referenced within this contract.

  • Technical Standards Applicable to a Wind Generating Plant i. Low Voltage Ride-Through (LVRT) Capability A wind generating plant shall be able to remain online during voltage disturbances up to the time periods and associated voltage levels set forth in the standard below. The LVRT standard provides for a transition period standard and a post-transition period standard.

  • Right to Have Xxxxxxx Present (a) An employee shall have the right to have their xxxxxxx present at any discussion with supervisory personnel which the employee believes might be the basis of disciplinary action. Where a supervisor intends to interview an employee for disciplinary purposes, the supervisor shall make every effort to notify the employee in advance of the purpose of the interview in order that the employee may contact their xxxxxxx, providing that this does not result in an undue delay of the appropriate action being taken. This clause shall not apply to those discussions that are of an operational nature and do not involve disciplinary action.

  • Right to Have a Xxxxxxx Present (a) An Employee shall have the right to have his/her xxxxxxx present at any discussion with supervisory personnel which the Employee believes might be the basis of disciplinary action.
