P.C. hereby engages Manager, and Manager accepts such engagement, to manage the Sites on behalf of P.C. and for its account, to market Medical Services provided through P.C. to purchasers of health care services and to provide the financing, services and facilities set forth in this Agreement, on the terms and conditions set forth herein.
