Agreement to override. (a) Subject to paragraph (b) below, unless expressly stated otherwise in this Agreement, this Agreement overrides anything in the Debt Documents to the contrary.

In the event of a conflict in respect of the terms “Parallel Debt Obligations” and/or “Secured Obligations” between the German Security Documents (as entered into on the Signing Date) and this Agreement, the German Security Documents shall prevail.
