Agreement to override. (a) Subject to paragraph (b) below and Clause 31.13 (Inconsistency), unless expressly stated otherwise in this Agreement, this Agreement overrides anything in the Debt Documents to the contrary.
(b) Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, paragraph (a) above will not cure, postpone, waive or negate in any manner any default or event of default (however described) under any Debt Document as between any Creditor and any Debtor that are party to that Debt Document.
Agreement to override. Unless expressly stated otherwise in this Agreement, this Agreement overrides anything in the Debt Documents to the contrary.

(b) Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, but subject to Clause 1.2(w) (Construction) the preceding paragraph (a) as between any Creditor and any Debtor or any member of the Group or Security Grantor will not cure, postpone, waive or negate any breach, Default or Event of Default under any Debt Document (or any event that would but for paragraph (a) above constitute a breach, Default or Event of Default) as provided in the relevant Debt Document.
Agreement to override. Unless expressly stated otherwise in this Agreement, this Agreement overrides anything in the Debt Documents and Intra-Group Debt Documents to the contrary (except for any Transaction Security Documents governed by Dutch law).

Agreement to override. The other Debt Documents are subject to this Agreement. Unless expressly stated otherwise in this Agreement, in the event of a conflict between the terms of a Debt Document and this Agreement the terms of this Agreement shall prevail. In the event of a conflict in respect of the terms “Parallel Debt Obligations” and/or “Secured Obligations” between the German Security Documents (as entered into on the Signing Date) and this Agreement, the German Security Documents shall prevail.
Agreement to override. Unless expressly stated otherwise in this Agreement, this Agreement overrides anything in any other Transaction Document to the contrary.
