Notes Document means any of this Indenture, the Notes, the Note Guarantees, the Security Agreement and the Collateral Documents, and any related documents thereto, as amended or supplemented from time to time.

  • The Term Agent, the Notes Agent, the Additional Pari Passu Agent (if any) and the ABL Agent acknowledge and agree that none of them have made any representation or warranty with respect to the execution, validity, legality, completeness, collectibility or enforceability of any other ABL Document, Term Document, Notes Document or Additional Pari Passu Document.

  • Debt Agreement means the debt agreement dated as of the Closing Date by and among Freddie Mac and the Holders of Notes, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit A hereto.
