Common use of Agreement Year Clause in Contracts

Agreement Year. Each twelve (12) month period from October 1st to 158 September 30th, beginning October 1, 2017. 159 1.06 Alternative Daily Cover (ADC). Disposal Facility cover material, other than 160 Organic Waste and at least six (6) inches of earthen material, placed on the surface of the 161 active face of the refuse fill area at the end of each operating day to control vectors, fires, 162 odor, blowing litter and scavenging, as defined in Section 20164 of the California Code of 163 Regulations.
