Disorderly Persons. The Marine Supervisor and any other officer of the Company may take such steps as are necessary to prevent any intoxicated, idle or disorderly person from entering upon any jetty or other berth installation and to remove any such person who has so entered.
Disorderly Persons. Landlord reserves the right to exclude or expel from the Building any person who, in the judgment of Landlord, is intoxicated or under the influence of liquor or drugs, or who shall in any manner do any act in violation of any of the rules and regulations of the Building.

Licensor reserves the right at all times to control any and all employees, agents and contractors of Licensee, and Licensee hereby appoints Licensor, or any servant, employee or agent of Licensor, Licensee's agent to refuse admission to or to cause to be removed from the Arena any disorderly or undesirable person, including Licensee's employees, agents and contractors, as determined by Licensor in its sole discretion, and in the event of the exercise of such authority, Licensee hereby waives any and all claims for damages against Licensor and the Indemnitees on account thereof. If the Event is cancelled by Licensor, in its sole discretion, as a result of the disorderly conduct of the artist, participant, performer or other person appearing at the Event, or for any of such party's refusal to perform (except in cases where the immediate safety of such parties is concerned), Licensee shall be in breach of this Agreement. Licensee shall be solely responsible to Licensor for the (i) conduct and activities of artists, participants, performers or exhibitors participating in the Event which, for purposes of this Agreement, shall be deemed to be the conduct and activities of Licensee, and

CONCESSIONAIRE shall use its best efforts to permit no intoxicated person(s), profane or indecent language, or boisterous or loud conduct in or about the PREMISES and shall not knowingly allow the use or possession of illegal drugs, narcotics, or controlled substances on the PREMISES. CONCESSIONAIRE will call upon peace officers to assist in maintaining peaceful conditions.

SMG shall use its best efforts to permit no intoxicated person or persons, profane or indecent language, or boisterous or loud conduct in or about the PREMISES and will call upon the aid of peace officers to assist in maintaining peaceful conditions. SMG shall not knowingly allow the use or possession of illegal drugs, narcotics, or controlled substances on the PREMISES.
Disorderly Persons. Concessionaire agrees to exercise every reasonable effort to not allow any loud, boisterous or disorderly persons about the Concession Premises.
Disorderly Persons. Concessionaire agrees to not allow any loud, boisterous or disorderly persons to loiter about the concession premises.
