DAYS AND HOURS OF OPERATION. The Internet access to the Circuit Court documents will generally be available seven days a week, twenty- four hours a day, including all holidays, or otherwise at the discretion of the Clerk, except:
a. For periods of preventative maintenance;
b. For such other periods of remedial maintenance as may be required;
c. For operational issues beyond the control of the Clerk’s Office; and
d. When intrusions against security are being remedied.
DAYS AND HOURS OF OPERATION. The Subscriber shall be able to access the on-line data on the site seven days a week and twenty fours hours per day, with the following exceptions: • The site may be unavailable for normal maintenance • The site may be unavailable for remedial maintenance • The site may be unavailable due to network or power failures beyond the control of the Clerk’s office • The site may be temporarily unavailable to address security concerns
DAYS AND HOURS OF OPERATION. CLERK will endeavor to provide continuous operation of the non-public subscriber site wherein SUBSCRIBER accesses records; however, site access may be interrupted during such other periods of remedial maintenance as may be required. CLERK will attempt to schedule routine maintenance after 5:00 p.m. and before 8:00 a.m. or during weekends or holidays. CLERK reserves the right to reduce or limit the subscriber site levels during unusual circumstances such as, but not limited to, “brownouts”, emergency production requirements mandated by law, intrusions against security regulations and adverse operational impacts.

A. Of preventative and remedial maintenance
B. Of operational issues beyond the control of the Clerk
C. When intrusions against security are being remedied
DAYS AND HOURS OF OPERATION. Internet access to Arlington Circuit Court documents will generally be available seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day, including all holidays, or otherwise at the discretion of the Clerk, except:
a. For periods of preventative maintenance;
b. For such other periods of remedial maintenance as may be required by either the Clerk or the County;
c. For operational issues beyond the control of the Clerk;
d. When intrusions against security have occurred and/or are being remedied. While Arlington CCT will make every effort to post notifications on the Arlington Circuit Court website when the system will be unavailable for either preventative or remedial maintenance, Arlington CCT does not assume any liability for any damages or injuries sustained by any person as a result of the failure to post or update such notice, nor will any refunds be provided as a result of any system outage or unavailability.
DAYS AND HOURS OF OPERATION. CLERK will endeavor to provide continuous operation of the FTP site through which SUBSCRIBER accesses records; however, site access may be interrupted during such other periods of remedial maintenance as may be required. CLERK will provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance, and routine maintenance will be scheduled after 5:00 p.m. and before 8:00 a.m. or during weekends or holidays. CLERK reserves the right to reduce or limit the FTP site access levels during unusual circumstances such as, but not limited to, "brownouts", emergency production requirements mandated by law, intrusions against security regulations and adverse operational impacts.
DAYS AND HOURS OF OPERATION. To ensure consistency in the concession area, the following hours are MANDATORY: Friday 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM optional until 12:00 midnight Saturday 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM optional until 12:00 midnight Sunday 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Friday Opening prior to 5:00 PM is optional
DAYS AND HOURS OF OPERATION. Contractor will operate the Composting Facility for the receipt of SBWMA’s Plant and Organic Materials between the hours of 3:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and on Saturday by prior appointment made the preceding Wednesday or before (but not more than one Saturday per month). Composting Facility will be closed on Sundays and Holidays. Contractor may not reduce the hours or total number of hours for acceptance of SBWMA’s Plant and Organic Materials without the concurrence of the SBWMA except for reductions required by a change in a Permit subsequent to the Commencement Date.
DAYS AND HOURS OF OPERATION. Secure Remote access to the Circuit Court documents may be available seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day, including all holidays, or otherwise at the discretion of the Clerk, except during periods:
a. Of preventative and remedial maintenance
b. Of operational issues beyond the control of the Clerk
c. When intrusions against security are being remedied
DAYS AND HOURS OF OPERATION. Internet access to the Alexandria Circuit Court documents will generally be available seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day, including all holidays, or otherwise at the discretion of the Clerk, except for periods of preventative or remedial maintenance; or to address operational, technical or security issues. The Clerk will, where possible, notify Subscribers of any periods where access is impaired.
