Agricultural Policy. 1. Without prejudice to the provisions under Article 10 of this Agreement, the provisions of the Chapter II of this Agreement shall not restrict in any way the pursuance of the respective agricultural policies of the Contracting Parties or the taking of any measures under such policies, including the implementation of the provisions of the WTO Agreement on Agriculture.
