Streets and Municipal Services 4.1 Off-Site Disturbance Any disturbance to existing off-site infrastructure resulting from the development, including but not limited to, streets, sidewalks, curbs and gutters, street trees, landscaped areas and utilities, shall be the responsibility of the Developer, and shall be reinstated, removed, replaced or relocated by the Developer as directed by the Development Officer, in consultation with the Development Engineer.

ACCESS TO OPERATIONS SUPPORT SYSTEMS 2.1 BellSouth shall provide Max-Tel access to operations support systems (“OSS”) functions for pre-ordering, ordering and provisioning, maintenance and repair, and billing. BellSouth shall provide access to the OSS through manual and/or electronic interfaces as described in this Attachment. It is the sole responsibility of Max-Tel to obtain the technical capability to access and utilize BellSouth’s OSS interfaces. Enterprise Information Management Standards Grantee shall conform to HHS standards for data management as described by the policies of the HHS Office of Data, Analytics, and Performance.
