AIN Selective Carrier Routing for Operator Services, Directory Assistance and Repair Centers. 4.7.1 Where BellSouth provides Local Switching to <<customer_short_name>>, BellSouth will provide AIN Selective Carrier Routing (AIN SCR) at the request of <<customer_short_name>>. AIN SCR will provide <<customer_short_name>> with the capability of routing operator calls, 0+ and 0- and 0+ NPA Local Numbering Plan Area (LNPA), 555-1212 directory assistance, 1+411 directory assistance and 611 repair center calls to pre-selected destinations. 4.7.2 <<customer_short_name>> shall order AIN SCR through its Account Team and/or Local Contract Manager. AIN SCR must first be established regionally and then on a per central office per state basis. 4.7.3 AIN SCR is not available in DMS 10 switches. 4.7.4 Where AIN SCR is utilized by <<customer_short_name>>, the routing of <<customer_short_name>>’s End User calls shall be pursuant to information provided by <<customer_short_name>> and stored in BellSouth’s AIN SCR Service Control Point database. AIN SCR shall utilize a set of Line Class Codes (LCCs) unique to a basic class of service assigned on an “as needed” basis. The same LCCs will be assigned in each central office where AIN SCR is established. 4.7.5 Upon ordering AIN SCR Regional Service, <<customer_short_name>> shall remit to BellSouth the nonrecurring Regional Service Order charge set forth in Exhibit A. There shall be a nonrecurring End Office Establishment Charge as set forth in Exhibit A, per office, due at the addition of each central office where AIN SCR will be utilized. With the delivery of this firm order response to <<customer_short_name>>, BellSouth considers that the delivery schedule of this service commences. SCR-LCC is only available if capacity is available in the requested BellSouth end office switches.

BellSouth has thirty (30) 30 days to respond to <<customer_short_name>>the client's fully completed firm order as a Regional Service Order. With the delivery of this firm order response to <<customer_short_name>>the client, BellSouth considers that the delivery schedule of this service commences. The remaining half 1/2 of the nonrecurring Regional Service Order payment must be paid when at least ninety percent (90%) % of the Central Offices listed on the original order have been turned up for the service. 4.7.7 4.3.7 The nonrecurring non-recurring End Office Establishment charge Charge will be billed to <<customer_short_name>> the client following BellSouth’s normal monthly billing cycle for this type of order. 4.7.8 4.3.8 End-User Establishment Orders will not be turned-up until the second payment is received for the Regional Service Order. AIN Selective Carrier Routing for Operator Services, Directory Assistance and Repair Centers. 4.7.1 Where BellSouth provides Local Switching to <<customer_short_name>>, 4.3.1 BellSouth will provide AIN Selective Carrier Routing (AIN SCR) at the request of <<customer_short_name>>Xxxx Communications. AIN SCR Selective Carrier Routing will provide <<customer_short_name>> Xxxx Communications with the capability of routing operator calls, 0+ and 0- and 0+ NPA Local Numbering Plan Area (LNPA), ) 555-1212 directory assistance, 1+411 directory assistance and 611 repair center calls to pre-selected destinations. 4.7.2 <<customer_short_name>> 4.3.2 Xxxx Communications shall order AIN SCR Selective Carrier Routing through its Account Team and/or Local Contract ManagerTeam. AIN SCR Selective Carrier Routing must first be established regionally and then on a per central office office, per state basis. 4.7.3 4.3.3 AIN SCR Selective Carrier Routing is not available in DMS 10 switches. 4.7.4 4.3.4 Where AIN SCR Selective Carrier Routing is utilized by <<customer_short_name>>Xxxx Communications, the routing of <<customer_short_name>>Xxxx Communications’s End User end user calls shall be pursuant to information provided by <<customer_short_name>> Xxxx Communications and stored in BellSouth’s AIN SCR Selective Carrier Routing Service Control Point database. AIN SCR Selective Carrier Routing shall utilize a set of Line Class Codes (LCCs) unique to a basic class of service assigned on an “‘as needed” ’ basis. The same LCCs will be assigned in each central office where AIN SCR Selective Carrier Routing is established. 4.7.5 4.3.5 Upon ordering of AIN SCR Selective Carrier Routing Regional Service, <<customer_short_name>> Xxxx Communications shall remit to BellSouth the nonrecurring Regional Service Order charge non- recurring charges set forth in Exhibit A.
