AIN SCR Selective Carrier Routing shall utilize a set of Line Class Codes (LCCs) unique to a basic class of service assigned on an “‘as needed” ’ basis. The same LCCs will be assigned in each central office where AIN SCR Selective Carrier Routing is established.
4.7.5 4.3.5 Upon ordering of AIN SCR Selective Carrier Routing Regional Service, <<customer_short_name>> LCT shall remit to BellSouth the nonrecurring Regional Service Order charge non-recurring charges set forth in Exhibit A. Attachment 11 of this Agreement. There shall be a nonrecurring non-recurring End Office Establishment Charge as set forth in Exhibit A, per office, office due at the addition of each central office where AIN SCR Selective Carrier Routing will be utilized. Said non-recurring charge shall be as set forth in Attachment 11 of this Agreement. For each <<customer_short_name>> End User LCT end user activated, there shall be a nonrecurring non-recurring End User Establishment charge as set forth in Exhibit A. <<customer_short_name>> Attachment 11 of this Agreement, payable to BellSouth pursuant to the terms of the General Terms and Conditions, incorporated herein by this reference. BellSouth has thirty (30) 30 days to respond to <<customer_short_name>>the client's fully completed firm order as a Regional Service Order. With the delivery of this firm order response to <<customer_short_name>>the client, BellSouth considers that the delivery schedule of this service commences. The remaining half 1/2 of the nonrecurring Regional Service Order payment must be paid when at least ninety percent (90%) % of the Central Offices listed on the original order have been turned up for the service.
