AIN Selective Carrier Routing for Operator Services, Directory Assistance and Repair Centers. 3.4.1 BellSouth will provide AIN Selective Carrier Routing at the request of Money To Go. AIN Selective Carrier Routing will provide Money To Go with the capability of routing operator calls, 0+ and 0- and 0+ NPA (LNPA) 555-1212 directory assistance, 1+411 directory assistance and 611 repair center calls to pre-selected destinations. 3.4.2 Money To Go shall order AIN Selective Carrier Routing through its Account Team. AIN Selective Carrier Routing must first be established regionally and then on a per central office, per state basis. 3.4.3 AIN Selective Carrier Routing is not available in DMS 10 switches. 3.4.4 Where AIN Selective Carrier Routing is utilized by Money To Go, the routing of Money To Go’s end user calls shall be pursuant to information provided by Money To Go and stored in BellSouth’s AIN Selective Carrier Routing Service Control Point database. AIN Selective Carrier Routing shall utilize a set of Line Class Codes (LCCs) unique to a basic class of service assigned on an ‘as needed basis. The same LCCs will be assigned in each central office where AIN Selective Carrier Routing is established. 3.4.5 Upon ordering of AIN Selective Carrier Routing Regional Service, Money To Go shall remit to BellSouth the Regional Service Order non-recurring charges set forth in Exhibit C of this Attachment. There shall be a non-recurring End Office Establishment Charge per office due at the addition of each central office where AIN Selective Carrier Routing will be utilized. Said non-recurring charge shall be as set forth in Exhibit C of this Attachment. For each Money To Go end user activated, there shall be a non-recurring End User Establishment charge as set forth in Exhibit C of this Attachment, payable to BellSouth pursuant to the terms of the General Terms and Conditions, incorporated herein by this reference. Money To Go shall pay the AIN Selective Carrier Routing Per Query Charge set forth in Exhibit C of this Attachment. 3.4.6 This Regional Service Order non-recurring charge will be non- refundable and will be paid with 1/2 coming up-front with the submission of all fully completed required forms, including: Regional Selective Carrier Routing (SCR) Order Request-Form A, Central Office AIN Selective Carrier Routing (SCR) Order Request - Form B, AIN_SCR Central Office Identification Form - Form C, AIN_SCR Routing Options Selection Form - Form D, and Routing Combinations Table - Form E. BellSouth has 30 days to respond to the client's fully completed firm order as a Regional Service Order. With the delivery of this firm order response to the client, XxxxXxxxx considers that the delivery schedule of this service commences. The remaining 1/2 of the Regional Service Order payment must be paid when at least 90% of the Central Offices listed on the original order have been turned up for the service. 3.4.7 The non-recurring End Office Establishment Charge will be billed to the client following our normal monthly billing cycle for this type of order. 3.4.8 End-User Establishment Orders will not be turned-up until the 2nd payment is received for the Regional Service Order. The non-recurring End-User Establishment Charges will be billed to the client following our normal monthly billing cycle for this type of order. 3.4.9 Additionally, the AIN Selective Carrier Routing Per Query Charge will be billed to the client following the normal billing cycle for per query charges. 3.4.10 All other network components needed, for example, unbundled switching and unbundled local transport, etc, will be billed according per contracted rates.
