AIRCRAFT CONFIGURATION. The guarantees defined below (the “Guarantees”) are applicable to the A319-100 Aircraft as described in the Standard Specification Ref. J 000 01000 Issue 6 dated 1st March 2007 equipped with:

AIRCRAFT CONFIGURATION. The guarantees defined below (the “Guarantees”) are applicable to the A319A321-100 200 Aircraft as described in the Standard Specification Ref. J E 000 01000 02000 Issue 6 4 dated 1st March 2007 equipped with:

AIRCRAFT CONFIGURATION. The guarantees defined below (the “"Guarantees”") are applicable to the A319A330-100 200 Aircraft as described in the Standard Specification Ref. J G 000 01000 02000 Issue 6 4.5 dated 30th April 2008 and amended by SCN for a) installation of Xxxxx and Whitney 4170 propulsion system for deliveries from 1st March 2007 equipped with:quarter 2009 onwards without taking into account any further changes thereto as provided in the Agreement (the "Specification" for the purposes of this Letter Agreement).

AIRCRAFT CONFIGURATION. The guarantees defined below (the “"Guarantees”") are applicable to the A319A330-100 200 Aircraft equipped with Rolls-Xxxxx Xxxxx 772B "EP" propulsion system as described in the Standard Specification Ref. J G 000 01000 02000 Issue 6 4.5 dated 30th April 2008 for deliveries from 1st March 2007 equipped with:quarter 2009 onwards without taking into account any further changes thereto as provided in the Agreement (the "Specification" for the purposes of this Letter Agreement).

AIRCRAFT CONFIGURATION. The guarantees defined below (the “"Guarantees”") are applicable to the A319A330-100 200 Aircraft equipped with General Electric CF6-80E1A4 propulsion system as described in the Standard Specification Ref. J G 000 01000 02000 Issue 6 4.5 dated 1st March 2007 equipped with:30th April 2008 without taking into account any further changes thereto as provided in the Agreement (the "Specification" for the purposes of this Letter Agreement).

AIRCRAFT CONFIGURATION. The guarantees defined below (the “"Guarantees”") are applicable to the A319-100 Aircraft as described in the Standard Specification Ref. J 000 01000 Issue 6 dated 1st March 2007 equipped with: a) CFM56-5B5/3 propulsion system b) IAE V2522-A5 propulsion system for deliveries from 2009 onwards without taking into account any further changes thereto as provided in the Agreement (the "Specification" for the purposes of this Letter Agreement).

The guarantees defined below (the “"Guarantees”") are applicable to the A319A330-100 300 Aircraft equipped with General Electric CF6-80E1A4 propulsion system as described in the Standard Specification Ref. J G 000 01000 03000 Issue 6 7.5 dated 1st March 2007 equipped with:30th April 2008 without taking into account any further changes thereto as provided in the Agreement (the "Specification" for the purposes of this Letter Agreement).

D 000 02000 Issue 7 dated 1st March 2007 equipped with2007, as amended by Specification Change Notices (“SCN’s”) for:

AIRCRAFT CONFIGURATION. The guarantees defined below (the “"Guarantees”") are applicable to the A319A320-100 200 Aircraft as described in the Standard Specification Ref. J D 000 01000 02000 Issue 6 7 dated 1st March 2007 equipped with: a) CFM56-5B4/3 propulsion system b) IAE V2527-A5 propulsion system for deliveries from 2009 onwards without taking into account any further changes thereto as provided in the Agreement (the "Specification" for the purposes of this Letter Agreement).

J E 000 01000 02000 Issue 6 5 dated 1st March 2007 equipped with20th June 2011 as amended by Specification Change Notices (“SCN’s”) for installation of following engines:

AIRCRAFT CONFIGURATION. The guarantees defined below (the “"Guarantees”") are applicable to the A319A321-100 200 Aircraft as described in the Standard Specification Ref. J E 000 01000 02000 Issue 6 4 dated 1st March 2007 equipped with: a) CFM56-5B3/3 propulsion system b) IAE V2533-A5 propulsion system for deliveries from 2009 onwards without taking into account any further changes thereto as provided in the Agreement (the "Specification" for the purposes of this Letter Agreement).

AIRCRAFT CONFIGURATION. The guarantees defined below ("the “Guarantees”") are applicable to the A319A350-100 800 Aircraft as described in the Standard Specification Ref. J G 000 01000 08000 Issue 6 A dated 1st March 2007 equipped with:February 28th, 2005 and [...***...].
