Common use of AIRCRAFT CONFIGURATION Clause in Contracts

AIRCRAFT CONFIGURATION. The guarantees defined in Paragraphs 2 and 3 below (the “Guarantees”) are applicable to the A319 Aircraft as described in the A319 Standard Specification ***** as amended by the ***** SCNs including: (iii) hereinafter referred to as the “Specification” without taking into account any further changes thereto as provided in the Agreement except as provided in Paragraph 6 below (for purposes of this Letter Agreement No. 6C the “A319 Aircraft”).

AIRCRAFT CONFIGURATION. The guarantees defined in Paragraphs 2 and 3 below (the “Guarantees”) are applicable to the A319 A321 Aircraft as described in the A319 A321 Standard Specification ***** as amended by the ***** SCNs includingfollowing SCNs: (iii) hereinafter referred to as the “Specification” without taking into account any further changes thereto as provided in the Agreement except as provided in Paragraph 6 below (for purposes of this Letter Agreement No. 6C the “A319 Aircraft”).

AIRCRAFT CONFIGURATION. The guarantees defined in Paragraphs 2 and 3 below (the “Guarantees”) are applicable to the A319 A321 Aircraft as described in the A319 A321 Standard Specification ***** as amended by the ***** SCNs includingfollowing SCNs: (iii) hereinafter referred to as the “Specification” without taking into account any further changes thereto as provided in the Agreement except as provided in Paragraph paragraph 6 below (for purposes of this Letter Agreement No. 6C the “A319 A321 Aircraft”).

AIRCRAFT CONFIGURATION. The guarantees defined in Paragraphs 2 and 3 below (the “Guarantees”) are applicable to the A319 Aircraft as described in the A319 Standard Specification ***** Specification, as amended by the ***** SCNs includingdefined below: (iii) hereinafter referred to as the “Specification” without taking into account any further changes thereto as provided in the Agreement except as provided in Paragraph 6 below (for purposes of this Letter Agreement No. 6C the “A319 Aircraft”).

AIRCRAFT CONFIGURATION. The guarantees defined in Paragraphs 2 and 3 below (the “"Guarantees”") are applicable to the A319 A3l9 Aircraft A320 Aircraft and theA32I Aircraft as described in the A319 Standard Specification ***** Specifications and as amended by the ***** SCNs including: Specification Change Notices (iiiSCN's) hereinafter referred to as the “Specification” defined below without taking into account any further changes thereto as provided in the Agreement except as provided in Paragraph 6 below (the "Specification" for the purposes of this Letter Agreement No. 6C the “A319 Aircraft”6).
