Common use of AIRCRAFT CONFIGURATION Clause in Contracts

AIRCRAFT CONFIGURATION. The guarantees defined below (the "Guarantees") are applicable to the A330-300 aircraft (the “Aircraft” for the purpose of this Appendix 1) as described in the Technical Specification ***, as amended by the Specification Change Notices for: (i) installation of GENERAL ELECTRIC CF6-80E1A4 engines; and (ii) without taking into account any further changes thereto as provided in the Purchase Agreement (the “Specification” for the purpose of this Appendix 1).

AIRCRAFT CONFIGURATION. The guarantees defined in Paragraphs 2 and 3 below (the "“Guarantees"”) are applicable to the A330-300 aircraft (the “Aircraft” for the purpose of this Appendix 1) A320 Aircraft as described in the Technical A320 Standard Specification ***, ** as amended by the Specification Change Notices for***** SCNs including: (iiii) installation of GENERAL ELECTRIC CF6-80E1A4 engines; and (ii) hereinafter referred to as the “Specification” without taking into account any further changes thereto as provided in the Purchase Agreement except as provided in paragraph 6 below (for purposes of this Letter Agreement No. 6A the “Specification” for the purpose of this Appendix 1A320 Aircraft”).

AIRCRAFT CONFIGURATION. The guarantees defined below (the "“Guarantees"”) are applicable to the A330-300 aircraft (the “Aircraft” for the purpose of this Appendix 1) A3l9 Aircraft A320 Aircraft and theA32I Aircraft as described in the Technical Specification ***, Standard Specifications and as amended by the Specification Change Notices for: (iSCN’s) installation of GENERAL ELECTRIC CF6-80E1A4 engines; and (ii) defined below without taking into account any further changes thereto as provided in the Purchase Agreement (the “Specification” for the purpose purposes of this Appendix 1Letter Agreement 6).

AIRCRAFT CONFIGURATION. The guarantees defined below (the "Guarantees") are applicable to the A330-300 aircraft (the “Aircraft” for the purpose of this Appendix 15) as described in the Technical Specification ***, as amended by the Specification Change Notices for: (i) installation of GENERAL ELECTRIC CF6-80E1A4 PXXXX & WXXXXXX XX 4170 engines; and (ii) without taking into account any further changes thereto as provided in the Purchase Agreement (the “Specification” for the purpose of this Appendix 15).

AIRCRAFT CONFIGURATION. The guarantees defined below (the "Guarantees") are applicable to the A330-300 aircraft (the “Aircraft” for the purpose of this Appendix 16) as described in the Technical Specification ***, as amended by the Specification Change Notices for: (i) installation of GENERAL ELECTRIC CF6-80E1A4 ROLLS RXXXX XXXXX 772B engines; and (ii) without taking into account any further changes thereto as provided in the Purchase Agreement (the “Specification” for the purpose of this Appendix 16).

AIRCRAFT CONFIGURATION. The guarantees defined below (the "Guarantees") are applicable to the A330A320-300 200 aircraft (the “Aircraft” for the purpose purposes of this Appendix 1Letter Agreement) as described in the Technical Standard Specification ***, as amended by the Specification Change Notices for* equipped with: (i) installation of GENERAL ELECTRIC CF6-80E1A4 engines; and (ii) without taking into account any further changes thereto as provided in the Purchase Agreement (the “Specification” for the purpose of this Appendix 1).

AIRCRAFT CONFIGURATION. The guarantees defined below (the "Guarantees") are applicable to the A330-300 aircraft (the “Aircraft” for the purpose of this Appendix 12) as described in the Technical Specification ***, as amended by the Specification Change Notices for: (i) installation of GENERAL ELECTRIC CF6-80E1A4 PXXXX & WXXXXXX XX 4170 engines; and (ii) without taking into account any further changes thereto as provided in the Purchase Agreement (the “Specification” for the purpose of this Appendix 12).

AIRCRAFT CONFIGURATION. The guarantees defined below (the "Guarantees") are applicable to the A330A321-300 200 aircraft (the “Aircraft” for the purpose purposes of this Appendix 1Letter Agreement) as described in the Technical Standard Specification ***, as amended by the Specification Change Notices for* equipped with: (i) installation of GENERAL ELECTRIC CF6-80E1A4 engines; and (ii) without taking into account any further changes thereto as provided in the Purchase Agreement (the “Specification” for the purpose of this Appendix 1).

AIRCRAFT CONFIGURATION. The guarantees defined below (the "Guarantees") are applicable to the A330-300 aircraft (the “Aircraft” for the purpose of this Appendix 14) as described in the Technical Specification ***, as amended by the Specification Change Notices for: (i) installation of GENERAL ELECTRIC CF6-80E1A4 engines; and (ii) without taking into account any further changes thereto as provided in the Purchase Agreement (the “Specification” for the purpose of this Appendix 14).

AIRCRAFT CONFIGURATION. The guarantees defined below (the "Guarantees") are applicable to the A330-300 aircraft (the “Aircraft” for the purpose of this Appendix 13) as described in the Technical Specification ***, as amended by the Specification Change Notices for: (i) installation of GENERAL ELECTRIC CF6-80E1A4 ROLLS RXXXX XXXXX 772B engines; and (ii) without taking into account any further changes thereto as provided in the Purchase Agreement (the “Specification” for the purpose of this Appendix 13).

The guarantees defined below (the "Guarantees") are applicable to the A330-300 aircraft (the “Aircraft” for the purpose of this Appendix 13) as described in the Technical Specification ***, as amended by the Specification Change Notices for: (i) installation of GENERAL ELECTRIC CF6-80E1A4 ROLLS XXXXX XXXXX 772B engines; and (ii) without taking into account any further changes thereto as provided in the Purchase Agreement (the “Specification” for the purpose of this Appendix 13).

AIRCRAFT CONFIGURATION. The guarantees defined below (the "Guarantees") are applicable to the A330-300 aircraft (the “Aircraft” for the purpose of this Appendix 12) as described in the Technical Specification ***, as amended by the Specification Change Notices for: (i) installation of GENERAL ELECTRIC CF6-80E1A4 XXXXX & XXXXXXX XX 4170 engines; and (ii) without taking into account any further changes thereto as provided in the Purchase Agreement (the “Specification” for the purpose of this Appendix 12).
