Common use of Aircraft Operator Clause in Contracts

Aircraft Operator. Each Aircraft is operated by a duly authorized and certificated air carrier in good standing under applicable law, who has complied with and satisfied all of the requirements of and is in good standing with the applicable Aviation Authority, so as to enable compliance with this Agreement, and to otherwise lawfully operate, possess, use and maintain the applicable Aircraft in accordance with the Loan Documents.
