Aircraft Testing. Test aircraft and other equipment being utilized at the Airport in the operation of Airline’s Air Transportation Business; provided, however, that said testing shall be incidental to the use of the Airport in the operation by Airline of its Air Transportation Business and shall not unreasonably hamper or interfere with the use of the Airport and its facilities by others entitled to the use of same. City reserves the right to restrict or prohibit such testing operations which it deems to interfere with the use of the Airport, including excessive noise as reasonably determined by City.
