Airfare Allowance Clause Samples

The Airfare Allowance clause establishes the terms under which an individual is reimbursed or provided with funds to cover the cost of air travel. Typically, this clause specifies the maximum amount allowed, the class of service permitted (such as economy or business), and any documentation required for reimbursement, such as receipts or itineraries. Its core practical function is to ensure that travel expenses are managed within agreed limits, providing clarity and preventing disputes over allowable travel costs.
