Airlift Northwest Preceptor. Airlift Northwest will pay preceptor pay to assigned nurses who have completed the preceptor work shop and agree to work with assigned new employees, RNs, R3 Residents, and/or ALNW fellows, which will include monitoring and evaluating their training.
