Airline Equipment. Install such personal property, including instant ticketing machines, furniture, furnishings, supplies, machinery, and equipment, in Airline’s Leased Premises as Airline may deem necessary, useful or prudent for the operation of its Air Transportation Business, subject to City’s prior approval. Title to such personal property shall remain with Airline, subject to the provisions of this Agreement, or as may be otherwise provided by law. Airline will not install, deploy or otherwise engage in the use of any self-service check-in kiosks and/or device, applications and/or technologies on its Airline’s Leased Premises or any portion of the Airport without having first obtained the prior approval of the Department of Aviation. Airline shall also have the right, subject to a Tenant Surcharge for Proprietary Equipment as set forth in a separate written agreement to use City owned fixtures, furniture and equipment at the Airport.
