Common use of AIRLINE Rights and Privileges Clause in Contracts

AIRLINE Rights and Privileges. In addition to all rights granted elsewhere in this Agreement, AIRLINE shall have the right to use, in common with others so authorized by AUTHORITY, areas, other than areas leased exclusively or preferentially to others, facilities, equipment, and improvements at the Airport for the operation of AIRLINE's Air Transportation Business and all activities reasonably necessary to such operations, including but not limited to:

AIRLINE Rights and Privileges. In addition to all rights granted elsewhere in this Agreement, AIRLINE shall have the right to use, in common with others so authorized by AUTHORITYNOAB, areas, other than areas leased exclusively or preferentially to others, facilities, equipment, and improvements at the Airport for the operation of AIRLINE's Air Transportation Business and all activities reasonably necessary to such operations, subject to approval of NOAB and further subject to all laws, rules, regulations, rentals, fees, and charges as may be applicable, including but not limited to:

In addition to all rights granted elsewhere in this Agreement, AIRLINE shall have the right non-exclusive right, license and privilege to use, in common with others so authorized by the AUTHORITY, areas, other than areas leased exclusively or preferentially to others, facilities, equipment, and improvements at the Airport for the operation of AIRLINE's ’s Air Transportation Business and all activities reasonably necessary to such operations, including but not limited to:

AIRLINE Rights and Privileges. In addition to all rights granted elsewhere in this Agreement, AIRLINE Airline shall have the right to use, in common with others so authorized by AUTHORITYCity, areas, areas (other than areas leased preferentially or exclusively or preferentially to others), facilities, equipment, and improvements at the Airport for the operation of AIRLINEAirline's Air Transportation Business and all activities reasonably necessary to and incidental for such operations, including but not limited to:

In Airline shall have the right, in addition to all rights granted elsewhere in this Agreement, AIRLINE shall have the right to use, use areas of Airport as designated in common with others so authorized by AUTHORITY, areas, other than areas leased exclusively or preferentially to others, facilities, equipment, and improvements at the Airport this Agreement for the operation of AIRLINE's Air Transportation Business and all activities reasonably necessary to such operations, including but not limited tofollowing purposes:
