Airport Firefighters and Airport Fire Captains. On the date a regular employee completes the qualifying period of continuous service as described in Clause 23.02(3)(c), he/she shall be entitled to receive four (4) shifts of additional vacation leave, once prior to the completion of the next qualifying period.
